To conclude 2018, this major collaborative, playful and immersive exhibition, 'Craftivism', will feature the work of over 15 contemporary Australian artists and artist collectives.

When: Sat, 24 Nov 2018 – Sun, 17 Feb 2019
Where: Shepparton Art Museum, 70 Welsford Street, Shepparton

Extending our understanding of craft-making traditions and the potential of various materialities, the works in Craftivism will subvert and extend these forms into the realm of activism and social change. Many of the works included will encourage social connection between community members, and the idea of play and regeneration through collective processes.

Artists include: Slow Art Collective, Paul Yore, Debris Facility, Kate Just, Ramesh Mario Nithiyendran, Penny Byrne, James Tylor, Jemima Wyman, Kate Rohde, Michelle Hamer, Raquel Ormella, Hiromi Tango, Erub Arts, Catherine Bell, Tai Snaith, Karen Black, Starlie Geikie, Deborah Kelly.
